Well, I had a great Christmas, didn't get anything that will help with art or anything, although I did get a 75-300mm lens about a week before Christmas.  However, I'm now in Wyoming, and as such, I'm planning to take some amazing photography with lots of snow and some mountains.  Keep watching my gallery for more.  Anyways, in this journal, I'm doing my first 20 features.  It was really fun to see some of the work put forth by people on here.  I saw some really amazing stuff, and, to be completely honest, some that I wasn't too sure about.  I wasn't able to feature everything I wanted to, as I wanted to stick with my plan of 10 seasonal deviations and 10 random ones, and so if you submitted and weren't featured, just know that these are my personal favorites, maybe not the ones others might have chosen, and this doesn't mean I hate your work, it just means I felt like these were more deserving.  Thanks for reading this if you do, and I encourage you to check out all the work posted below, along with my gallery

I'm not sure if I will be doing open submissions in the forum again as it was more tedious than I had expected, but I guess I will see in about two weeks when it's time to start looking for stuff for the January one.  Oh, and just so you know, I originally did a write up for every single thumbnail, but it's long enough without them, so I took them out.  Wasted work, but it's whatever.
